probably a late breakfast/early lunch, then off to enjoy the day, (a hike in a park, day at the beach, or enjoying a farmer's market). After a little break, I would cook dinner, (I'm actually a very good cook). the evening would end with a couple drinks at home or hit a local hot spot for drinks and maybe check out a band.
